Shipping Information



Shipping is an important part of your shopping experience and we will try our best to make it as easy for you as possible.



Our goal is to ensure the fastest delivery of your order, therefore if you wish to make any changes such as amendments to your shipping details, changing item preferences or canceling your order altogether, you will need to contact us within 60 minutes after payment being made.

Once your payment is done, we will arrange for shipment within 1 – 2 working days. You will then conveniently receive a confirmation email where you will find your bill information and order tracking number. We use a non-signature required service as our standard service of delivery. We work with PBT which varies on the delivery time frame.

Generally, items that go with courier would be delivered within 2 to 4 working days while rural areas may take up 2 extra working days.


Shipping Rates

We only ship items within New Zealand at present.

We would like to make everything simple for everyone. Shipping charges are indicated and calculated on the checkout page.


Warm Reminder

Couriers do not deliver during Weekends and Public Holidays. We also cannot guarantee that the couriers delivering your parcel will not run into any hiccups or delays. For an up to date status of your parcel, we recommend that you contact the courier company directly. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please feel free to contact us so that we can assist you in the matter.
